DescriptionWork on enhancement requests and development tickets as per client requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve UAT/production issues withing agreed SLAs.Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and gather requirements.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.Support continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities in existing workflows and integrations.Ensure effective integration with external systems (e.g., SAP/SFDC) via REST/SOAP APIs.Manage and handle data in multiple formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV.Utilize source control in IICS to manage versions of mappings, tasks, and other assets.Use Git-based repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) for source control and version tracking.Create and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, UAT and deployment documentsCore Skills:Informatica Cloud (IICS)SSMS/ Oracle/ SnowflakeStrong SQL skillsResponsibilitiesStrong expertise in IICS components such as Mappings, Mapplets, Tasks (Synchronization, Replication, Mapping), Taskflows, and Schedules.Hands-on experience with IICS Application Integration (CAI), including Service Connectors, Processes, and Process Objects.Proficiency in web services (SOAP, REST), APIs, and data formats such as XML, CSV, and JSON.Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and performance tuning.Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL principles, and cloud-based data integration architecturesProven, hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other external systems/applications using Informatica IICS.Hand-on experience with version control tools like Git and project management tools like JIRA / ConfluenceExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Informatica IICS certifications (optional but preferred)
