We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pension Administrator to join our team in the evening shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pension administration and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and administer pension plans, including plan design, funding, and investment management.

  • Develop and implement effective pension strategies to ensure optimal benefits for employees.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pension plans with other benefit programs.

  • Analyze and interpret complex pension data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and their families regarding pension-related queries.

  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices in pension administration.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of pension laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in pension software and systems, such as retirement planning and analysis tools.
