Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Job Summary:

The Admin Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative

functions of the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across facilities,

logistics, infrastructure, and employee support services. The role includes supervising the

housekeeping team, driver, security personnel, and IT administrator while supporting a

staff strength of 50+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage overall office administration, housekeeping, maintenance, and daily

facility operations.

 Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and smooth functioning of office

infrastructure (Internet, CCTV, biometric, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

 Supervise support staff including housekeeping, driver, security, and IT admin,

ensuring attendance and performance.

 Handle vendor coordination, AMC renewals, stock/inventory management, and

office supplies.

 Manage travel arrangements including cab booking, flight booking, hotel booking,

and logistics for employees and visitors.

 Maintain administrative records, bills, and monthly expense reports; prepare MIS

reports.

 Coordinate workstation setup, seating arrangements, ID/access cards, and

general employee support.

 Ensure corporate-level professionalism while managing foreign employees and

delegates.

 Take complete ownership of admin responsibilities without hesitation, including

small tasks when required. Flexible with work schedules, preferably owning a

two-wheeler and staying near office location.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Any Graduation

 5+years years of experience in administration, preferably in a training/education

or corporate setup.

 Strong leadership and people management skills.

 Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.

 Good knowledge of MS Office, vendor management, and facility coordination.

 Proactive approach with problem-solving and negotiation skills.

 As per the company standard
