Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Consultant, located in Chandigarh. The Process Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, managing business process changes, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include conducting process analyses, developing strategies for process improvement, implementing changes, and collaborating with various departments to align processes with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Process analysis
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Noida
  • Experience in the education consultancy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
