Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT/software sales across international markets.
  • Handle lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and deal closure for global clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across different regions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored IT/software solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM tools, client records, and follow-up activities effectively.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in international sales (preferably in IT, software, or digital services).
  • Proven track record of client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of global markets and customer behavior.
  • Ability to handle the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Flexible to work across time zones as per client requirements.
