Overview

Senior Associate Technology L1

As a Senior Associate Technology L1, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications using Golang. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business objectives and engineering best practices.

Your Impact
  • Design, develop, and deploy Golang-based applications that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth application operation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Golang.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
