RPA Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Assess automation opportunity from a technical perspective and recommend RPA solutions
  • Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
  • Assist with the design, build, rollout, and run support for the RPA solutions
  • Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs the architect on Robotic Process Automation
  • Evaluate RPA tools and provide recommendations
  • Assist sales team as needed to provide customer technical win by acting as technical advisor to customers
  • Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery
  • Develop/Review Detail Process Description PDD (Process Description Document)
  • Develop/Review detailed SDD (Solution Design Document)
  • Deliver demos, technical trainings, and support for new/existing customers
  • Periodically review & keep updated (after due approvals) the RPA Development Standards.
  • Define and implement the RPA Support Process.
  • Define & implement the RPA Migration/Deployment Process.
  • Maintain Bot Library.

Skills Required:

  • Hands on experience & certification in at least 2 RPA tools (Ui Path, Automate Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate etc.)
  • Extensive experience in customer facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing RPA solutions
  • Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodology
  • Programming languages: knowledge of Python, SQL , .Net preferred
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
