Lead Engineer

Prodapt is looking for an Operations-RPA-Lead engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development and maintenance of automation solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence in RPA deployments. This role demands strong technical expertise in Python-based automation frameworks and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Robot Framework or RoboCorp with Python.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Design and implement test cases for web, API, and desktop applications.
- Build and deploy RPA bots for business process automation.
- Integrate automation with tools like Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Docker.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and business teams to understand and translate requirements into automation solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation failures; optimize performance and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes and test cases.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and automation frameworks.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development and RPA.
