Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering one-to-one evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline
  • Potentially working with corporations both online and offline
  • Administering psychometric assessments (intelligence, personality, and other psychological tests), scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same
  • Conceptualizing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars
  • Developing and engaging with specialized clinical protocols
  • Content research and development for proprietary products
  • Supervising and monitoring online forums (e.g., communities)
  • Leadership, training, and supervision of new members of the team

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MPhil (with 0-10 yrs of work experience) in Clinical Psychology / Master's in Clinical Psychology (with 5+ yrs of work experience)
