We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Salesperson to join our team in Bangalore. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential buyers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a good understanding of our real estate properties in Bangalore.

  2. Identify potential buyers and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

  3. Conduct property viewings and provide information to potential buyers about the features and benefits of the properties.

  4. Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with buyers.

  5. Maintain a database of potential buyers and follow up with them regularly to build relationships and convert them into clients.

  6. Keep up-to-date with the real estate market trends, prices, and competition in Bangalore.

  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in real estate sales in Bangalore.

  2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  4. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Bangalore.

  5. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  6. Good time-management and organizational skills.

  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  8. Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel within Bangalore for property viewings.
