What Youll Do

  • Own the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth employee journey.
  • Maintain compliance and data privacy in a sensitive HR environment.
  • Resolve employee queries with a focus on quality and consistency.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–6 years in HR Services / HR Operations.
  • Proven experience with SuccessFactors and HR Onboarding (mandatory).
  • Strong track record of employment stability.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
