About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper & Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support smooth accounting operations at our Jalandhar office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) accurately in accounting software
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts, and reconciliations
  • Process invoices, bills, and expense vouchers
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and vendors as required
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
  • Support management with any ad hoc accounting or administrative tasks

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, QuickBooks)
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
