Role & responsibilities

  1. Responsible for allocating & driving the sales targets with the team with an objective to increase market share of the cluster

  2. Responsible for advising the distributors the suitable product as per the requirement of their customer/Investor

  3. Should be completely updated on the various products and markets situation and scenario

  4. Responsible for Distributor Servicing for the assigned distributors

  5. Responsible for operations, compliance and Audit observations for all the branches

  6. Should be sensitive to their needs in terms of Product Updates,Query resolution and ensure proper follow up etc.

7.Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with the key/potential distributors in order to generate repetitive business

  1. Should be able to close the sales call by working closely with more experienced sales representative in case of need required

  2. Responsible for maintaining the data of all the distributors assigned

10.Create awareness by organizing events, conferences, product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall

11.Ensuring that the distributors are getting trained on all products and Operational procedures on regular basis

2.Resource Planning - ways & means for effective allocation and adequate manpower for the branch/channel

13.Business Development - distributor expansion, identifying niche clientele

14.Team management, identifying the capabilities of each team member, skill building, empowering

15.Circulate the MIS on sales and Market share and ensure timely flow of Information internally and Externally
