**Job description - State MIS**

**Function - Collections**
- **Daily attendance audit of the field FOS, TL & AM.**:

- **Daily tracking of CC/FOS/TL - no. of visits, no. of receipt cut & total**

**collection done. Report to be shared in Core & cluster group.**
- **100% code of conduct compliance signature from each FOS, TL, AM and**

**Tele-callers.**
- **100% employees’ physical copies of undertaking to be received and**

**dispatched to Nagpur office HR department.**
- **RT Book register update on daily basis.**:

- **Daily FOSWISE/ BRANCHWISE performance to be shared with State**

**Heads.**
- **Tele-callers performance report to be dispatched based on their pickups**

**generated and matured. (Only matured pickups to be taken into consideration).**
- **Incentive and Salary calculation in consultation with State head based on their attendance, performance and visits.**:

- **ID Creation related workings.**:

- **Audit of FOS based on their live locations on WhatsApp and sharing of**

**inputs with HR and State Heads.**
- **Any other work relating to backend activities.**

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- MIS: 2 years (required)
