**Location: Mihan, Nagpur (Onsite)**

Are you passionate about data, reports, and analytics?

We’re looking for an **MIS Executive** who can manage, analyze, and report data efficiently to support HR and operational decision-making.

**Job Details**:

- **Position**: MIS Executive / MIS Analyst
- **Location**: Onsite - Mihan, Nagpur
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 6 months (preferred)
- **Qualification**: Any Graduate / HSC
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Shift**: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Week Off**: Fixed | 1 day per week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain MIS reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Data Studio
- Analyze weekly/monthly HR data and identify discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and management for timely reporting
- Build dashboards, automate reports, and optimize reporting formats
- Spot and resolve reporting issues with a logical and proactive approach

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and Data Studio
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability
- Capable of working under tight deadlines
