Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop ad copy, creatives (in collaboration with designers), and A/B test campaigns to improve performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Implement retargeting strategies to nurture leads and increase conversions.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align paid campaigns with broader marketing goals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in paid advertising campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and other emerging platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficient in campaign analytics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO and organic marketing synergy with paid ads.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
