PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the App from requirement origination to delivery: need identification, requirement gathering, coordination with agencies/marketing teams for mobile front-end design, and interaction with IT delivery and QA teams.
• Interact with cross-functional business teams to understand business needs and prioritize requirements.
• Participate in new idea generation and drive a capability-driven culture within the team.
• Introduce innovative ideas in mobile through benchmarking with industry best practices.
• Establish mobile channel as a preferred customer, partner, and employee engagement channel.
• Identify areas of improvement across businesses and contribute to solution design and implementation.
• Strong expertise in mobile application technologies – preferably iOS and Android (Android experience essential).
• Experience in onsite project management using Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Apple/Android best practices for application development.
• Experience in both software project management and functional management of software development teams.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents using Agile methodology.
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; manage expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Prepare required materials: technical specifications, resource plans, project updates, and presentation materials.
• Develop short-term and long-term project plans, priorities, and objectives.
• Understanding of available frameworks for iOS app development.
• Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated working style with strong ownership of problem resolution.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in application operations.
• Strong reasoning, problem isolation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

• Should have 1–5 years of mobile/digital domain experience.
• Relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems.

Work Experience

• 1–5 years of mobile/digital domain experience.
• Hands-on experience across different app types (Native, HTML5, Hybrid).
