Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Business Analyst, Techno Functional located in Pune. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed analysis, documenting business requirements, and working closely with different teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Note: Hired candidate will be on Sparccybertech payroll and deployed at client location.

Qualifications

Role: IT Business analyst in techno functional role

Must have:

  1. Basic to intermediate understanding of capital markets
  2. Good understanding of SQL.. No coding is expected
  3. Strong analytical abilities and ability to reverse engineer system to identify AS-IS functionality
  4. Strong communication and stakeholder management
  5. Exposure to working in Agile environments

Experience: At least 5 -8 years in techno-functional role.

Good to have:

  • Ability to read PL/SQL code to reverse engineer the system
  • Dealing with Confluence and JIRA
