We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Accounts ExecutiveWhat's your ambition?  Is it a big goal or small steps?  Professional or personal?  We'd like to know because at JLL, we make your ambitions our business.And if you have ambitions in Property Management, join us to be inspired by the best.  You'll work as an Accounts Executive, reporting to the Property ManagerIn this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Processing CAM collections and tracking payments from residentsManaging security deposit accounting and refundsHandling accounts payable for property expenses and vendor invoicesReconciling bank statements and maintaining financial recordsPreparing monthly financial reports for property owners or managementSetting up new resident accounts and payment systemsManaging resident billing inquiries and resolving payment disputesProcessing lease renewals and fee updatesCoordinating with property managers regarding delinquent accountsProviding payment options and facilitating payment plans when necessaryMaintaining accounting software and resident management systemsProcessing utility billing and reimbursementsAssisting with budget preparation and financial forecastingSupporting audit preparation and compliance documentationCoordinating with maintenance teams for billing of resident-caused damagesFiling and organizing financial recordsGenerating reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and expensesSupporting year-end financial reporting and tax documentationImplementing and maintaining internal financial controlsDocumenting procedures related to financial transactions Sound like the job you're looking for?  Before you apply, it's also worth knowing what we are looking for:Education and experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldAssociate's degree with additional relevant experience may be considered2-3 years of experience in property management accounting or related financial rolePrior experience in residential property management is highly desirableFamiliarity with property management software systemsAn eye for detail You'll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables. Great organisational skillsYou'll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team's or client's changing requirements. What you can expect from usYou'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
