Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Recovery Executive
to join our team. The role involves managing overdue accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, maintaining healthy customer relations, and adhering to company recovery policies.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in collections, recovery, or a similar role (NBFC/Banking/Finance sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets.
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
