Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Job Overview:

Aadhira Training and Placement Solutions is looking for a Sourcing Specialist who can identify and onboard skilled trainers through various social media platforms and online sources. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in trainer sourcing, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams for demo sessions and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and shortlist 5 trainer profiles daily from platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other recruitment portals.

Manage and coordinate with trainers for demo sessions and client requirements.

Maintain and update the trainer database regularly.

Collaborate with the placement and coordination teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Utilize digital platforms efficiently for sourcing and communication.

Prepare basic daily and weekly reports of sourcing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in the training or recruitment industry (mandatory).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for talent acquisition.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, etc.).

Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
