Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions that drive value and user satisfaction.

Job Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Salesforce solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and process flows for Salesforce development teams
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments
  • Support configuration tasks, UAT planning, and end-user testing for Salesforce deployments
  • Maintain detailed documentation including business process mapping, user manuals, and functional specifications
  • Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and assist in user adoption and training initiatives


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar CRM-focused role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including objects, relationships, workflows, validation rules, and reports
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar for documentation and project tracking
