Key Responsibilities:

  • Design customized domestic travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
  • Handle end-to-end booking processes — hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.
  • Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and local experiences.
  • Manage bookings and quotations through travel portals such as Travel Boutique Online (TBO), TripJack, and My Partner.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely confirmation of all travel services.
  • Stay updated with the latest domestic travel trends, offers, and destinations.
  • Handle customer queries and post-travel feedback with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant (Domestic preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian destinations and popular tourist circuits.
  • Familiarity with travel portals such as TBO, TripJack, and My Partner.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online booking tools.
