The Insurance Executive is responsible for assisting clients in understanding their insurance needs, providing guidance on insurance options, and helping them secure the appropriate policies. This role involves working with clients to assess their risks, advise on suitable coverage, and ensure a smooth policy issuance and claim process. Insurance Executives need excellent customer service skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and evaluate potential risks.
  • Analyze client requirements and suggest appropriate insurance plans.
  • Provide professional advice on different types of insurance coverage and benefits.
  • Promote and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Explain policy details, terms, and benefits clearly to clients.
  • Customize insurance packages to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Assist clients in the event of a claim, guiding them through the claim process.
  • Help clients complete necessary paperwork and follow up with insurance companies to expedite claim settlements.
  • Process policy renewals, cancellations, and endorsements as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all insurance transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and files on all policy transactions and client communications.
  • Keep informed about industry trends, new policies, and changes in insurance regulations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential client needs and areas of opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Provide regular follow-up and post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively reach out to clients for policy renewals and upselling opportunities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
