We are looking for a skilled AEM DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize AEM deployments, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong DevOps background with hands-on experience in AEM environments, automation, and cloud-based infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, scalability, and performance of AEM-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and automate AEM deployments across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for AEM using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AEM infrastructure for high performance and scalability.
  • Configure and manage AEM Dispatcher, CDN, caching, and load balancing.
  • Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to streamline deployments and operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps with strong exposure to AEM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of AEM infrastructure, dispatcher configuration, and server tuning.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Datadog).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and version control systems (Git).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90, ₹100,000.00 per month
