We are seeking a highly experienced AEM Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable AEM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM architecture and integration patterns, with the ability to guide teams in delivering enterprise-level solutions. This role requires a strong mix of technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable AEM solutions.
  • Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for AEM projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to optimize AEM ecosystems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and DevOps engineers.
  • Drive performance optimization, scalability, and security enhancements in AEM platforms.
  • Oversee integration of AEM with enterprise systems and third-party applications.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong expertise in AEM architecture, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Dispatcher.
  • Deep knowledge of Java/J2EE, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in designing high-availability, secure, and scalable AEM solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead large AEM implementations and migrations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Adobe AEM certification (Architect/Lead Developer) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per month
