We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Interns to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads and driving sales growth for the company. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring sales and marketing professionals to gain practical experience and develop valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (e.g., online directories, social media, industry events).
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales appointments.
  • Provide support to the sales team during sales calls and client meetings.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Sales Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or an equivalent degree with a major in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferred).
