Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bidder/Lead Generator located in Chandigarh. The Bidder/Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, preparing proposals and bids for potential clients, and following up on submitted proposals. Other tasks include conducting market research, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and using CRM tools for tracking leads and progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and generating leads

  • Ability to conduct thorough market research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and on-site in Mohali/Chandigarh
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
