JOB PURPOSE: To plan, execute and control functions Line I to IV production processes of the plant and also responsible for leading the process improvements for cost-effectiveness and increased productivity of the plant.

1. Daily & weekly preparation and submission of reports for:-

a. Production related reports (DPR)

b. Absenteeism in the line

c. Issues related to the line production & operational process and suggestions

2. Assist in preparation and presenting Monthly MIS for Manpower productivity, plant performance and actions planned for improvement on identified gaps across all departments

3. Ensure all records are updated in the ERP with respect to productions, issues and machine maintenance.
