We are looking for an experienced SAP HR-HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant who is passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring SAP professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on project experience and a proven track record in conducting training sessions or workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online/offline training sessions for SAP HR - HCM / SuccessFactors modules.

Prepare and deliver structured course content, assignments, and case studies.

Provide practical insights based on real-time project experience.

Mentor and guide learners throughout their training journey.

Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of SAP HR-HCM, and/or SuccessFactors modules.

Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Prior experience in corporate or academic training preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

MCA / BCA / BE / MBA (HR) or any IT-related degree preferred.
