Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Structured Cabling Project Manager
located in Noida. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of structured cabling projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, conducting inspections, expediting materials, and ensuring logistical efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and timeline management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Will be required to independently lead a team of tech/project resources for a time-bound project completion, handling of site dependencies, customer/PMC/Consultants coordination, timely reporting and updates to stakeholders
  • Must have a proven Project Handling Track Record in large Structured Cabling projects exceeding 3,000 nodes and Data Centres Infra
  • Should be able to lead a team of 20-40 technical staff and vendors
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
  • Should have basic knowledge of BIM models
  • Be willing to travel across India on short notice based on project requirements
