Sr Controllership Manager

As the Senior Manager of Controllership at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position within our finance team. As the Senior Manager, Controllership Country Finance Leader, you will serve as a key point of contact for local finance matters, representing the country or region in discussions with senior management and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the controllership function for a specific country or region
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations
• Drive the financial close processes at the country level, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures specific to the country or region, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and best practices
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including local finance teams, tax, legal, and other stakeholders, to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making at the country level

YOU MUST HAVE

• CPA or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations
• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
