Role Overview:

Join our Controllership team to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role is ideal for early-career finance professionals looking to build a strong foundation in core controllership processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support monthly closing activities.

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Companies Act).

Support internal, statutory, and tax audits with timely data collation.

Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Tax teams for issue resolution.

Job Requirement

• Qualified CA and Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of post CA qualification experience in accounting or audit (articleship experience considered).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
