Office Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Office Assistant to handle administrative duties, support internal teams, and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is energetic, disciplined, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office operations and general administrative tasks
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
- Assist the event team with documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Prepare and organize files, reports, and basic data entry
- Coordinate meetings, travel bookings, and appointments
- Support HR & accounts with paperwork, bills, and record maintenance
- Welcome guests and ensure a hospitable office environment
- Perform other office-related duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office administration
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
- Experience in the events industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
