Job Overview :

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills to help the sales team achieve business targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the sales team in managing and following up on leads, quotations, and customer requirements.

Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and sales documents to customers.

Coordinate with internal teams such as accounts, logistics, and technical departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Handle order booking, tracking, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and order details in CRM or internal systems.

Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide necessary support to resolve issues.

Follow up with clients for payment collections, project sign-offs, or documentation where required.

Ensure all sales documentation and records are complete and properly maintained.

Provide administrative support to the sales team for meetings, demos, and customer visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Customer-focused and proactive approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience in IT or B2B sales coordination environment.

Knowledge of order management and sales documentation processes.
