Job Purpose

  • Lead and Coach the team of 7 mass change Master data experts to maintain mass changes for Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance MD
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team
  • Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in ERP systems
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Support Projects and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and data governance teams to resolve issues and support initiatives.

Key Activities

  • Manage the team of 7 data stewards responsible for governance and maintenance of mass changes for Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance MD in SAP and MDG systems
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team: team meetings, daily KPIs, quality monitoring of the work done by the team
  • Manages and develops complex Winshuttle/FIORI scripts, workflows, forms and Winshuttle tool support.
  • Write and run scripts using automated queries in Winshuttle/FIORI.
  • Coach and develop the team
  • Responsible, together with the team, to be the Single Point of Contact and escalation channel for business for Operations issues
  • Manage escalation process of team issues raised by business
  • Conduct root cause analysis for the recurring escalations and errors reported in process and ensure to execute CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) for errors identified.
  • Continued focus on standardization and optimization to drive optimization and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in ERP systems
  • Support Projects and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and data governance teams to resolve issues and support initiatives.
  • Customer Service mindset with excellent customer service skills.
  • React to business changes, optimize processes, simplify workload, identify risks and alert in time

Experience
Educational Level:

  • Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT or equivalent work experience

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years' overall experience with 5 years' experience in MDM related function and 3 years in people manager role
  • Experience in managing operations teams (delivery within SLAs) and leadership skills
  • Experience in MDM application systems as key user (preferably SAP and SAP MDG)
  • Expertise in Mass changes execution in SAP, LSMW is a must

Skill required:

  • Keeps deadlines and produces high quality output
  • Strong work-ethic and commitment to business principles
  • Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, follow through on actions agreed and attention to detail
  • Fluent in both written and oral English
  • Proficient in SAP, MDG, ServiceNow
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power Bi
