We're Hiring: AI Engineer

Location: Chennai(Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize NLP and GenAI models to work with Excel, databases, and unstructured data.
  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
  • Develop robust ETL pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, and preprocessing.
  • Fine-tune and deploy transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, LLaMA).
  • Integrate models into scalable applications and actively monitor performance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning / Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience working with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Pandas, and SQL/NoSQL systems.
  • Skilled in data wrangling, Excel automation, and handling large-scale datasets.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to Have (Optional):

  • Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous agents.
