Position: Team Leader Production ( Furnace)

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Production or Equivalent

Experience: 13–15 years

Location: Chakan, Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve production volume targets as per plan.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes/operations through system improvements, process optimization, and bench-marking.
  • Ensure achievement of targeted Energy, ORM, and Consumable consumption.
  • Ensure on-time implementation of identified single agenda projects.
  • Develop and promote a culture of Trust, Empowerment, and Collaboration with focus on people engagement and operational performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and achieve Zero Incidents across the line.
  • Create competent teams through regular reviews, feedback mechanisms, and support to improve loss intelligence.
  • Motivate team members to maintain workplace discipline and basic machine conditions through Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
  • Drive individuals and teams to achieve TEI targets – Suggestions, SMAT, QMAT, TP4 & TP5 reporting.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, mentor the team, and handle conflict management effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / OHSAS standards.

Key Skills:

o Productivity / OEE improvements, Yield improvements, Process improvements, compliance

o Hard code experience in Furnace is required

o Collaborative approach, man management and communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
