About the Role

Were hiring a Workday Technical Consultantwho can roll up their sleeves and dive deep into integrations, custom reports, and security frameworks. If youve been building and supporting Workday solutions for over 5 years, this role puts you in the drivers seat of high-impact, enterprise-level projects.

What Youll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into scalable Workday technical solutions.
  • Develop custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), calculated fields, and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and production support cases with speed and accuracy.
  • Handle tenant configuration, data loads (iLoads/EIBs), and Workday security setup.
  • Monitor Workday releases and assess impact on existing custom solutions and integrations.

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of Workday technical experience across multiple modules.
  • Solid expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Web Services.
  • Hands-on experience with XSLT, XML, and related middleware/integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of Workday data models and business object architecture.
  • Ability to write efficient, reusable code and debug complex integration issues.
  • Experience working with global clients in fast-paced project environments.

Nice to Have

  • Workday certifications in Integration, Studio, or Reporting.
  • Exposure to Workday Extend and Prism Analytics.
  • Background in Workday Security and role-based access configuration.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
