Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team at Netchex with US hours. As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing unparalleled service and support in resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with account inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve complex issues
- Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role in a b2b SaaS company is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
