We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Chief of Staff (COS) team at EXL, Noida. This role is ideal for an individual in program management and business analysis with a strong financial background. You will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across geographies, and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create quarterly geography review packs with insightful financials, growth/pipeline execution delivery, key strategic focus areas, AI penetration, and other relevant metrics for leadership presentations.
  2. Drive strategic agenda topics for stakeholder discussions, prepare materials, and ensure effective closure of action items.
  3. Ensure seamless execution of large implementations across geographies through effective cadence and reporting rhythm.
  4. Enable stable operations and support higher growth trajectories for the geographies.
  5. Provide meaningful insights, proactive analysis, and alerts on geographic health to senior leadership for optimal business decision-making.
  6. Use OKR methodology to drive rigor and track progress on focus areas across geographies.
  7. Develop a service delivery excellence playbook at the enterprise level for efficient operations across regions.
  8. Serve as a trusted advisor to the COS, offering operational support for key decisions, special projects, and company-wide initiatives.
  9. Lead top-down budgeting, target setting, and implementation of cost-saving plans for geographies.
  10. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data gathered from multiple sources.
  11. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders across the organization for smooth operations.
  12. Provide proactive analysis and alerts on business health and concern areas.
  13. Drive agenda setting, material preparation, and tracking/closure of action items for SGUs business review meetings.
  14. Support the creation of quarterly business review presentations.
  15. Oversee audits and compliance activities.
  16. Demonstrate willingness to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment managing shifting priorities.
  17. Understand and analyze the companys Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to support decision-making.
  18. Work closely with and coordinate among various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  19. Lead and support quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Finance with strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Strong understanding of company P&L.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Robust financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
