We're Hiring | Appian Functional Consultant

Location: Gurgaon | Bangalore | Panchkula, India

We're looking for an accomplished Appian Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead technical strategy, provide architectural vision, and mentor teams to deliver enterprise-scale BPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate functional requirements.


• Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Appian applications.


• Mentor developers and enforce best practices in performance, security, and scalability.


• Integrate with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP, etc.).


• Drive DevOps initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and platform upgrades.


• Participate in Agile/Scrum cycles for delivery excellence.

Qualifications:


• 6–10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Appian (architecture/lead roles).


• Strong expertise in Appian modules (SAIL, Process Models, Interfaces, Records, etc.).


• Solid understanding of integration, cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data modeling.


• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Preferred: Appian Level 2/3 Certification, BFSI domain knowledge, experience with RPA/AI/CI-CD.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
