Were looking for a functional consultant who can bring structure and clarity to how different departments operate. This isnt an IT or ERP role theres no CRM in place yet.

The focus is to understand current workflows, simplify them, and design functional processes that make everyday work smoother and ready for digital systems in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study existing operations across HR, Finance, Marketing, and other departments.
  • Map current manual workflows and identify pain points or overlaps.
  • Design efficient functional flows, checklists, and SOPs to improve inter-department coordination.
  • Recommend process improvements that support better accountability and transparency.
  • Work closely with the management team to prioritise, test, and refine new workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the new processes are practical and adopted smoothly.

What You Bring:

  • 7-10 years of experience in business process mapping, functional consulting, or operations excellence.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes.
  • Confident communicator who can translate management goals into workable systems.
  • Exposure to manufacturing or mid-sized industrial organisations is a plus.
  • Hands-on attitude someone who observes, analyses, and simplifies.
