We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Presales Coordinator to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with clients professionally. This role is crucial in supporting our sales pipeline by ensuring a steady flow of well-qualified appointments, setting the stage for our sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads through cold calling, emails, and other communication channels to schedule appointments.
Maintain an organized system to track and follow up with leads.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of appointments.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while engaging with potential clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Provide regular reports on appointment-setting activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role or in sales-related positions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
