We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and securing appointments or sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and have excellent communication skills.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients.
- Collect and update customer information accurately in the database.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow up on leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information on products/services.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and appointments set.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle rejection and objection with a positive approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
