Job Title: Civil Engineer Site Execution & Coordination

Location: Patna, Bihar

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for site-based execution and coordination of ongoing projects in Patna. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of civil and interior works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site execution of civil and interior construction works as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, quality, safety standards, and material usage at the site.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with design intent, construction standards, and local regulations.
  • Assist in resolving site issues and escalating critical matters to the project manager.
  • Verify measurements and support in contractor billing and quantity verification.
  • Handle site-level procurement coordination and material tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution and project coordination.
  • Strong technical understanding of civil and interior works, structural drawings, and finishing details.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and basic project tracking tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site in Patna and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
  • Familiarity with local vendors, labor management, and site safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of regional construction practices and materials.
