Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with CAD software or production management tools is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a learning attitude.
  • Good communication & observation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the assembly of fabricated components, structures, and machinery.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and specifications for accurate assembly.
  • Ensure proper alignment, fitting, welding, and bolting of parts as per design requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in machine assembly and fitting processes.
  • Coordinate with the Design, fabrication and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor and control manpower allocation, tools, and material usage in assembly.
  • Supervise and execute the assembly of fabricated structures, frames, different types of Conveyors, Tanks, chimneys, and equipment.
  • Maintain documentation of assembly checklists, inspection records, and daily progress reports.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for assembly defects or rework.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper usage of tools and lifting equipment.
  • Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot assembly processes effectively
