Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. The intern will be primarily responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Post job openings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and offer letters.
  • Support HR team in daily operations and other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Duration: 2 Months

Stipend: INR 12000 per month

Mode of Work: Work from Office
