Role Overview:We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to manage end-to-end design for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling client interactions, design development, and execution coordination.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • Interact directly with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Create and present mood boards, concepts, and 3D designs using SketchUp or similar tools.
  • Prepare detailed 2D working drawings in AutoCAD and coordinate with execution teams.
  • Select materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for the design and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage site visits for measurements, execution supervision, and design validation.
  • Handle quotation discussions and align the scope of work with the budget.
  • Collaborate with vendors, factory, and the procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.
  • Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, material innovations, and vendor options.
  • Mentor junior designers or interns if required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in residential interior design.
  • Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and good understanding of material
  • specifications. And client handling.
  • Strong in client communication, project planning, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to prepare BOQs and review quotations.
  • Good knowledge of residential modular interiors and on-site execution processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong work ethic.
