KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social
media.
Identify customer needs and present suitable product or service solutions.
Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory or market segment.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage leads and prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Provide product information, pricing details, and after-sales support.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer complaints or issues.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Conduct presentations and product training sessions for clients and end-users.
Explain technical specifications and answer customer questions effectively.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide feedback and market intelligence to improve products and services.
Work closely with the customer support team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of
customer issues.
Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
Gather market intelligence and provide input for sales and marketing strategies.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, business administration, marketing, or a
related field (or equivalent experience),
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Medical equipment sector. (Fresher's can also
apply)
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
Hiring at PAN India Level.
Salary Structure: 1.8 LPA – 4.2 LPA.
